Illinois Energy is not the same entity as your gas delivery company. You are not required to enroll with Illinois Energy. Beginning on 8/1/2026, the Nicor Gas' gas supply cost rate is $0.36 per therm. The utility gas supply cost will expire on 8/31/2026. Beginning on 8/1/2026, the North Shore Gas' gas supply cost rate is $0.4093 per therm. The utility gas supply cost will expire on 8/31/2026. Beginning on 8/1/2026, the Peoples Gas' gas supply cost rate is $0.3672 per therm.  The utility gas supply cost will expire on 8/31/2026.  For more information go to the Illinois Commerce Commission's free website at www.icc.illinois.gov/ags/consumereducation.aspx.
